When I build a website, I am building an online alter. It is a sacred space filled with love, care, and intention. My collaborative approach means I work closely with you to understand your needs and support you in bridging your dreams into a digital reality!

The Design Process

  • In this initial stage, we will have a detailed discussion to understand your goals, target audience, and business objectives. After the call, I will send over a quote for the project with an invoice for 50% of the payment as a deposit.

  • Based on the information gathered, we will develop a comprehensive plan and strategy for your website. This includes determining the site structure, defining key functionalities, and outlining the content requirements. In the meantime, your homework will be to gather all the content (text copy, images, etc.) that we'll need for the website.

  • If needed, I will work closely with you to create and optimize the content for your website. This includes branding, crafting compelling copy, selecting high-quality images, and creating custom design elements

    Based on our discussion I will create wireframes (design mockups), which are simplified visual representations of the website layout and structure.

  • We will have another meeting to review the designs and ensure that we are aligned. I will take your feedback and notes into consideration while working on the second round of designs. Once you have approved the designs and collected all of the needed content for your website, I will begin designing the actual website.

  • I will schedule a meeting with you once the website is completed to discuss everything and make any final changes. Before the official launch, I will rigorously test your website to ensure that it functions seamlessly across different devices and browsers. Then it is finally time to launch your brand-new website!

  • Once completed, I will be available to support you for two weeks after the launch of your new website.

Important Infomation

  • All pricing is dependent on the scope of the project. During our first call, we'll discuss your needs and budget, and after the call, I'll provide you with a quote based on that discussion. In general, my web design projects begin at $2,000.

    I am open to providing payment plans and pricing options for specific projects. Please don’t let the price be why we do not explore working together.

    This does not include the cost of hosting your website or buying your domain. There is also an additional charge for any optional services (branding, copywriting, etc.),

    • Personalized copywriting prompts to help you organize the content for your website

    • A fully customizable 5-page website including custom CSS.

    • 2 weekly support calls (1.5 hours)

    • Two weeks of post-launch technical support

    *Additional pages, content uploading, members areas, or shop setup are custom quoted. Copywriting & branding are available as an add-on.

  • The design process's timeframe depends on the project's scope and the client’s ability to provide all the necessary content for their website. In general, most websites take between 4-6 weeks to complete.

    Do you need a website in 1 week?

    I am open to designing websites in a shorter time frame if the business already has established branding and copy. We can discuss your specific timeline needs during our first call together.

  • If your business is brand new and you don’t have strong copy or branding I am happy to support you for an additional cost. This process will add extra time to the project. I promise you the extra work, care, and thought will be worth it

  • Squarespace is my preferred website hosting platform. I find that it provides the most effortless experience for clients who do not have a technical background. I am open to working with different hosting platforms. I have experience working with other web hosting forms such as Webflow, Wix, and WordPress.

  • In my design practice, I prioritize a personalized journey over a rushed process. By working with clients who are at the beginning or entering a new phase of their business, I offer a comprehensive 4-week process to celebrate and fully immerse in the birth of a new business chapter. While the modern world often emphasizes speed, I encourage my clients to savor this transformative experience.

    If your business is already well established, I am open to a faster design process ( 1 week). When completing the intake form, let me know the urgency of your project, and we will get it done!

Are you launching a brand new business?

If your business is brand new and you don’t have strong copy, branding, or direction I am happy to support you. This process will add extra time and cost to the project. I promise you the extra work, care, and investment will be worth it. I will be there to coach you and celebrate you through a successful start to your new business.
